Standardize domestic telematics technologies and services, which are still in their early stages for the   purpose of boosting domestic telematics industry. Encourage fair competitiveness and collaboration. Spur domestic telematics markets through government-led legal and applicative supports with a view to   induce a practical domestic standard.   Collaborate to build such applications as for the safety and privacy of drivers. Suggest traffic/emergency policies to the government. Offer the directions for strategic alliances and cooperative relationships between business parties. Hold and sponsor as many events as possible to support a true domestic mass market and establish a   standard. Set up a telematics standard roadmap, or a comprehensive strategy, and draft some viable policies. Serve as a united single party with consistency, coherence and connectedness for national and   international telematics standardization. Play an active role in international standardization efforts.
